Despite the low price, the phone has some great features. The key pad is dust-proof and splash-proof. Moreover, according to Nokia, the phone has up to 12.5 hours talk-time and 35 days standby. That's more than a month. Unfortunately, it does not have a camera and I am not sure how this will affect the take up of this phone by the social media connected young people who are clearly the target market. However, I know someone who would love this phone - my technophobe dad. He only uses his phone to make and receive calls.
The phone will be available in the second quarter of 2013.
