Congrats on your following. Just a quick question-does twitter actually give you traffic?

I still have yet to hear about anybody having verifiable business results by using twitter, other than a larger following, so I'm just curious.

Hi Josh. Thanks. I believe it can. You can link your blog posts to Twitter and in fact a number of visitors to my other blog ah ok lah originate from there.

This give me an idea for a blog post.

I just not sure about this twitter, I can not see that, like you said, you are going to increase traffic unless you are famous.

tell me if I'm wrong and I will give it go.

Thanks

Mike

Hey, given the nature of your post, I thought you might be interested in our widget that lets you display your twitter follower count (and other online karma, e.g. LinkedIn connections count) on your blog: http://duckduckgo.com/karma.html

Showing 300 little pictures in one post? You can't expect everyone to have fast connection to load up 300 pictures. The load time on your page is so slow that not many people have patience to wait for everything to load.

Hi Mike, I am beginning to see the trickle effect. My Alexa has improved.
Hi Gabriel, Thanks for the info.
Hi Kai, Sorry to hear that you are on a slow connection. It's has increased to 473 followers when I last checked. I am just wondering what will happen if I get more than a 1000 followers.

I did not say I have a slow connection. I just like to look at my site from general audience's point of view. Which means not everyone has fast connection, and I would never assume everyone has fast connection. The search engines would all agree that your pageload time is slow as long as that post stays inside your front page. Slower pageload time, the less search engines value your site.
